Mitchell Hutchinson
Owner/ Early Childhood Teacher
14 Years in Education
After completing a traineeship in certificate 3 through an OSHC service, Mitch moved on to a long day care centre, where he worked for 7 years. Once completing his Bachelor, Mitch has held many roles, including room leader, educational leader and assistant director and director in both long day care services and preschools.
In 2014, Mitch began consulting to different early education services across Australia, looking over their practices to ensure high quality and compliance.
Mitch is passionate about listening to the voice of children and using children’s ideas to guide the curriculum and planning around the children’s interest.

Belinda has completed her Masters of Teaching to further her studies in providing quality education. Belinda is passionate about early education as she values the importance of a quality education from an early age. Being a mum, Belinda understands the needs of working families and is here to support both staff and families where needed.

Jo believes it is important to provide an environment in which the children feel safe, secure and respected.
